`No. 8,962,059 (“the ’059 Patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 8,841,469, and (2) that the inventors of
`
`the ’059 Patent were first to invent the subject matter of the interfering claims; and
`
`
`
`WHEREAS, Defendants have not answered or otherwise responded to Plaintiff’s
`
`Complaint for patent interference;

`Plaintiff hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.
`
`41(a)(1)(A)(i), its Complaint for patent inference filed against Defendants.
