`Patent; (c) any and all pending continuations or other applications claiming priority to the '059

`Patent or claiming priority to any applications to which the '059 Patent claims priority; and (d) non-

`U.S. counterparts to the items specified in subsections (a) through (c) herein (wii:h (a) through (d),

`collectively, being the "Superior Oil Te-cht}ology'');

`WHEREAS, Soleuis Technologies L.P., a limited partnership organized under the

`laws of' the State of Delaware, having an address of3 Beaver Valley Road, Suite 500, Wilmington.

`Del~ware 19803 ("Solenis''), is desirous of acquiring all 'Of Superior Oil's right, title and interest
`
`in and to. the Superior Oil Patents~ and

`WHEREAS, Solenis is willing to accept assig.nrtlent of those rights from

`Superior Oil.

`NOW, THEREFORE, FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the

`WHEREAS, Robert Mark Sickels of214 Chestnut Hill Drive, O'Fallon, Missouri 63368,
`hereinafter referred to as Assignor, has contributed to the development of a new and useful
`invention entitled BIO-BASED OIL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE
`SAME, which is the subject of U.S. Patent Application No. 13/117,301, filed May 27, 2011; and

`WHEREAS, Superior Oil Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Assignee, a corporation
`of the State of Indiana having a place of business at 1402 North Capitol A venue, Suite 100,
`Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, hereinafter referred to as Assignee, desires to acquire all right, title and
`interest in, to and under said invention disclosed, described and claimed or intended so to be in said
`application, and in, to and under said application, and in, to and under any and all United States
`Letters Patent which may be obtained therefor and thereon;

`NOW, THEREFORE, to all whom it may concern, be it known that for and in consideration
`ofthe sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good, valuable and sufficient consideration to Assignor
