`I, Eric K. Gill, say and declare:

`I am over the age of 21, and I have personal knowledge of the facts
`contained herein unless otherwise indicated. I am an attorney at Sheppard Mullin
`Richter & Hampton LLP.

`Attached hereto as Attachment A is a true and accurate copy of a
`letter I received from Olga Harder, who is a member of the “Periodicals Team” at
`the Technische Informationsbiliothek and Universitatsbiliothek Hannover
`(“TIB/UB”) located in Hannover, Germany, on February 23, 2016.

`Attached hereto as Attachment B is a true and accurate copy of the
`cover of an issue of Ingenieur der Kommunikationstechnik I received from the
`customer service department of the TIB/UB on October 5, 2015. Attachment B
`appears to be marked with the call number of “ZA 2185 (46,3)” from the “UB/TIB
`Hannover.” The letter in Attachment A refers to the same call number marked on
`Attachment B.

`On February 23, 2016, I inspected Petition Exhibit 1010 and
`compared the cover page of the same (i.e., exhibit page 1) to Attachment B.
`Based on my inspection and comparison, aside from what appear to be library
`markings, the cover page shown in Attachment B is virtually identical to page 1 of
`Exhibit 1010, including ISSN number (i.e., 0323-4657), text, logos, and images.

`I declare that all statements made herein of my own knowledge are
`true and that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true;
`and further that these statements were made with knowledge that willful false
