`
`purchased and downloaded a copy of Solid State Ionics, Volume 57, Issues 3–4,
`
`October 1992, Pages 311-318, from
`
`http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/016727389290164K. The copy of
`
`Solid State Ionics, Volume 57, Issues 3–4, October 1992, Pages 311-318, is now
`
`Exhibit 1011.

`On July 9, 2015, I visited

`http://www.osti.gov/scitech/biblio/10106827 and printed a copy of it. That copy is

`now Exhibit 1027, and it includes an abstract for M.M. Thackeray’s “Lithiated
`
`Oxides for Lithium-Ion Batteries,” indicating that the associated paper was
`
`

`published on January 1, 1995. On July 9, 2015, I also downloaded a copy of the

`associated paper from http://www.osti.gov/scitech/biblio/10106827. The copy of
`
`the paper is now Exhibit 1014.

`https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/cl/26/8/26_8_725/_article and printed a copy of
`
`it. That copy is now Exhibit 1028, and it refers to Chemistry Letters, Vol. 26,

`(1997), No. 8, pp. 725-726, including an abstract thereof. On July 9, 2015, I also
`
`purchased and downloaded a copy of the associated paper, Chemistry Letters, Vol.
`
`26, (1997), No. 8, pp. 725-726, from
`
`https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/cl/26/8/26_8_725/_article. The copy of the
`
`paper is now Exhibit 1021.
