`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioners respectfully submit this
`
`Request for Oral Argument. As specified in the Board’s July 15, 2016 revised
`
`scheduling order, oral argument is scheduled for September 19, 2016.
`
`Given the significant overlap of issues between IPR2015-01500, -1501, and
`
`-1502, Petitioners request 60 minutes of total argument time and that each of the
`
`proceedings be heard together. In particular, Petitioners propose that they present
`
`argument on IPR2015-01500, -1501, and -1502 (up to 60 minutes), that Patent
`
`Owner follow with its response (up to 60 minutes), and that Petitioners use any
`
`remaining time for rebuttal. Because Petitioners bear the ultimate burden of proof
`
`that the claims at issue in this review are unpatentable, Petitioners would oppose
`
`any request by Patent Owner for a sur-rebuttal.
