`Mary Jane Helenek President and CEO
`Mary Jane Helenek is President and CEO. She joined the
`company’s American Regent Division in 1987 in marketing and
`scientific information. In 1992, she became Vice President of
`Marketing and Sales and oversaw the company’s successful
`launches in the iron replacement therapy market. In 1997, she
`became Senior Vice President of Luitpold with responsibility
`across all divisions of the company. In 2003, she was
`appointed President and CEO.
`
`Ms. Helenek is a graduate of Saint John’s University where
`she earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, a Master of Science in Industrial
`Pharmacy Administration and a MBA. Prior to joining Luitpold, Ms. Helenek was employed
`as a pharmacist gathering experience in health care settings as well as the retail and
`commercial markets.
`
`Ms. Helenek is a member of a number of professional organizations and organizations
`including the American Society of Health System Pharmacist, the American Society of
`Nephrology, Kidney Care Partners, North Shore LIJ, and the Cold Spring Harbor Lab’s
`DNA Learning Center. Ms. Helenek was named one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women
`on Long Island and was honored by the American Heart Association for her philanthropic
`efforts. Most recently, Ms. Helenek was an awardee in the 2015 Long Island Business
`News’ annual Outstanding CEO Awards program that recognizes business executives who
`have consistently demonstrated remarkable leadership skills, integrity, values, vision and a
`commitment to excellence, financial performance, community and diversity.

`Joel Steckler Vice President, Commercial Operations, Multisource, Animal Health
`and Osteohealth
`
`Joel Steckler is Vice President, Commercial Operations,
`Multisource, Animal Health and Osteohealth. He is responsible
`for sales and marketing for these divisions as well as
`contracting, customer service, trade relations and distribution
`for all Luitpold Divisions. Joel joined Luitpold in 1995 as
`Customer Service Supervisor. He assumed greater
`responsibilities with the organization and was named Director
`of Customer Service in 2005, Senior Director of Customer
`Operations in 2010 and Vice President in 2014.
`
`Mr. Steckler attended Queensboro College and New York University where he studied
`business management. Prior to Luitpold, Joel worked in operations management at Medical
`Hall Pharmacies/Remcourt Drugs Inc.

`Dante J. Serricchio Vice President and General Manager
`Dante J. Serricchio is Vice President and General Manager. In this role, he oversees
`manufacturing and quality activities at Luitpold’s Shirley, NY location and it’s PharmaForce
`Division in Columbus, OH. Dante joined Luitpold in 2012 to manage all activities in Ohio,

`and assumed responsibility for New York in 2013.

` graduate of Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor
`of Science degree in Biology, Dante also did post graduate
`work in Advanced Biological Studies at the University of the
`Pacific. Mr. Serricchio has over 35 years pharmaceutical
`manufacturing experience with Merck, Schering Plough,
`Organon Teknika and Organon Biosciences.
`
`Dante is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA)

`Marc Tokars Vice President of Clinical Operations
`Marc Tokars is Vice President of Clinical Operations. He is
`responsible for Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilence,
`Medical affairs, and Medical Device Development and Quality.
`Mr. Tokars joined Luitpold in 1999 fulltime as Director of
`Clinical Operations after the filing of the Venofer NDA. He was
`named Senior Director in 2005 and Vice President in 2012.
`
`Mr. Tokars received Bachelor Degree in Biology from the
`University of Chicago. He served as research assistant at the
`Universtiy of Chicago’s Franklin McClain Center and the
`University of Arizona’s, Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology . Prior to joining
`Luitpold, Marc worked at Hoechst Roussel Pharmaceuticals, and Anthra Pharmaceuticals
`in Clinical Research and in Project Management at Covance and IBAH (now Onnicare).
`
`Claus Weisemann, Ph.D. Vice President, Quality Affairs
`Claus Weisemann, Ph.D. is Vice President, Quality Affairs.
`He joined Luitpold in 2014 and is responsible for managing the
`right systems and processes to ensure products meet
`standards for safety and efficacy and is manufactured in
`accordance with cGMPs. With over 23 years of industry
`experience, Claus previously held quality leadership roles with
`Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Grifols Biologicals, Watson
`Laboratories, and Bayer.
`
`Dr. Weisemann is a graduate of University of Ulm, Germany
`with an advanced degree in chemistry and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry.
`
`Claus is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), the German and American
`Chemical Societies, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and the
`American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and holds a number of advisory roles
`for various organizations and institutions. In his free time, Claus is a member of the Civil
`Air Patrol, holds a commercial pilot license and is a certified flight instructor.

`Mary M. Lent Vice President of Finance
`Mary M. Lent is Vice President of Finance. She joined Luitpold
`in 1988 as a staff accountant. She assumed supervisory
`responsibility in 1989 and has held positions of increased
`responsibility within the Finance Department including
`Controller and Senior Director. She was appointed Vice
`President in 2011. In this role, Mary oversees budgeting,
`accounts payable and receivable, treasury, risk management,
`payroll and tax functions.
`
`Ms. Lent is a graduate of Pace University where she earned a
`Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Luitpold, Mary
`held accounting positions at Aerospace Avionics and Datacon Inc.

`Paul Diolosa Vice President of Manufacturing
`Paul Diolosa is Vice President of Manufacturing where he is
`responsible for all manufacturing activities at the New York
`site as well as engineering, facilities, and procurement. Paul
`joined Luitpold in 2008 as Director of Engineering and assumed
`his current role in 2011. He has 20 years’ experience in
`engineering and manufacturing with 15 of those in the
`pharmaceutical industry.
`
`Mr. Diolosa is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and
`State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in
`Mechanical Engineering and he earned a MBA from New York Dowling College. He is
`certified as a Professional Engineer in the State of New York and holds several
`professional certifications in manufacturing and engineering.
`
`Paul has been active in scouting, himself earning the Eagle Scout designation, youth
`activities and physical fitness having once served as a personal trainer.
`
`Joseph Tedesco Vice President, Information Technology
`Joseph Tedesco is Vice President, Information Technology.
`He is responsible for all of Luitpold’s systems including voice,
`data, digital, networks, hardware and software. He has led the
`Information Technology Department since 2001 and was
`named Vice President in 2011.
`
`Mr. Tedesco is a graduate of the State University of New York
`at Stony Brook where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree
`in Applied Math and Statistics/ Computer Science.
`
`Joe has been involved with youth sports and mentorship in the Suffolk County NY area.
`
`Gopal Anyarambhatla, Ph.D., Vice President of Research and Development
`Gopal Anyarambhatla, Ph.D., is Vice President of Research
`and Development. He joined Luitpold’s PharmaForce Division
`as Head of R&D in June of 2012 and became Vice President
`in January, 2013. Prior to Luitpold, he served as Director of
`R&D at Celsion Corporation focused on development of
`oncology products. From 2005 to 2010, he was Director of
`R&D at Akorn, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company.
`
`Gopal is responsible for R&D operations at Luitpold’s Ohio and
`New York operations including product selection and
`development, technology transfer, process development and technical operations. Gopal
`has over 12 year’s pharmaceutical industry experience in addition to 3+ years of Post
`Doctoral Fellowship at Duke University.
`
`Dr. Anyarambhatla earned his Ph.D. at Mumbai University with an emphasis on targeted
`drug delivery formulations for cancer treatment. Additionally, he earned a MBA at
`University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign.

`Michael T. Kahrer is Vice President of Human Resources
`where he leads all HR functions as well as internal
`communications and corporate and social responsibility. Mr.
`Kahrer joined Luitpold in 2011. He has 25 years
`pharmaceutical industry experience including assignments with
`Organon Biosciences where he was Vice President of Human
`Resources and Business Services and Schering Plough
`Corporation.
`
`Mike is a graduate of Saint Peter’s University where he earned
`a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Upsala College where he earned a
`Master of Science in Human Resource Management. He also earned several professional
`certifications in human resources.
`
`Mr. Kahrer is a member of the Board of Regents at Saint Peter’s University and has served
`as a Vice President and Board Member of Raphael’s Life House Inc. in addition to
`numerous community based volunteer activities.
