`Ube Industries, Ltd. is a corporation organized and existing under the laws

`of Japan and has a principal place of business at 1978-96, Kogushi, Ube,

`Yamaguchi 755-8633, Japan. Ube Industries, Ltd. is an assignee of the ’325

`Eli Lilly and Company, a publicly traded company, is a corporation

`organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana and has a principal
