`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Petitioner specifies the following issues to be

`argued:
`
`1. The unpatentability of claims 1-3, 10-13, 23, 25, 27 and 41-43 in view of
`
`Geisser (Ex. 1003).
`
`2. The unpatentability of claim 28 in view of Groman (Ex. 1004).
`
`3. The unpatentability of claims 17 and 47 in view Groman (Ex. 1004) and
`
`Geisser (Ex. 1003).
`
`4. The unpatentability of claims 1, 14 and 15 in view of van Zyl-Smit (Ex.
`
`1006).
`
`5. The unpatentability of claim 30 in view of van Zyl-Smit (Ex. 1006) and
`
`Funk (Ex. 1026).
`
`6. The arguments, including the arguments regarding the unpatentability of
`
`Patent Owner’s proposed substitute claims, presented in Petitioner’s
`
`Opposition to Patent Owner’s Motion to Amend and Sur-reply.
`
`7. Any other issues that the Board deems necessary for issuing a final
`
`written decision.
