`Please take notice that, under 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner Pharmacosmos
`
`A/S will conduct cross-examination by deposition of Patent Owner’s witness Dr.
`
`Adriana Manzi. Dr. Manzi’s deposition will commence at 9:00 AM on May 12,
`
`2016 at the offices of Patent Owner’s counsel, Foley & Lardner, 3000 K Street
`
`NW, Suite 600, Washington, DC 20007. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have agreed upon this date and time for
`
`Dr. Manzi’s deposition.
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(c)(2) the parties have further agreed
`
`that this cross-examination of Dr. Manzi shall be limited to seven hours (plus two
`
`hours for redirect and one hour for recross), and that the deposition transcripts may
`
`be used in both IPR2015-01490 and IPR2015- 01493.
`
`The deposition will be recorded stenographically and by video.
`
