`On June 18, 2015, UniKey Technologies, Inc. (“UniKey” or "Petitioner")
`
`filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 7,706,778 under 35
`
`U.S.C. §§ 311-319 and 37 C.F.R. §42.100 et seq. (Petition, Paper No. 2), seeking
`
`inter partes review of claims 1-42 of the '778 Patent. On October 22, 2015, the
`
`Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued its Judgment terminating the proceedings
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 317(a) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.72 (Paper No. 10). As the IPR was
`
`not instituted, Petitioner hereby requests refund of $14,000 for the post-institution
`
`fee under 37 C.F.R. §42.15(a) (2) and $10,800 for the post-institution excess claim
`
`fees for 27 additional claims under 37 C.F.R. §42.15(a) (4) (collectively “Post-
`
`institution Fees”).
`
`Payment of the Post-Institution Fees was processed through PRPS on June
`
`17, 2015, and charged to the undersigned’s firm Deposit Account number 50-3081.
`
`Upon review and approval of this request, Petitioner respectfully requests that the
`
`Board credit the Post-Institution Fees totaling $24,800 to Deposit Account number
`
`50-3081.
