`Pursuant to the Board’s Scheduling Order dated December 30, 2015 (Paper
`
`17), Patent Owner Bradium Technologies LLC (“Bradium”) respectfully requests
`
`oral argument, currently scheduled for September 19, 2016.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Bradium intends to argue the following
`
`issues:
`
`1. Any issues addressed by Patent Owner, including in the Patent Owner
`
`Response (Paper 33)1 and Patent Owner’s Motion for Observations, in
`
`the ’1432 proceeding. In particular, as to the patentability of claims 1–2
`
`of the ’794 patent, (i) whether claim 1 is obvious under 35 U.S.C. §
`
`103(a) over the combination of Rutledge, Ligtenberg, and Cooper, and
`
`(ii) whether claim 2 is obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over the
`
`combination of Rutledge, Ligtenberg, Cooper, and Migdal.
`
`2. Any issues properly raised by Petitioners, including in the Petition for
`
`inter partes review (Paper 2) and Petitioner’s Reply (Paper 27), in the
`
`’1432 proceeding.
`
`3. Rebuttal to issues raised by Petitioner.
`
`4. Any motion to exclude evidence by Petitioner.
`
`
`1 Patent Owner filed Paper No. 33, a Corrected Patent Owner’s Response, on July
`13, 2016, as authorized by the Board in a July 8, 2016 e-mail, to replace Paper 24.
`
`

`
`Bradium requests 60 minutes per side of oral argument in the hearings for
`
`IPR2015-01432. Bradium also requests the ability to use audio/visual equipment
`
`to display demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for a
`
`
