`
`PTAB Case No. IPR2015-01432
`Patent 7,139,794 B2
`Petitioner here timely updates the Board of the following additional related
`
`
`
`matters pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2):
`
`Patent Owner Bradium is asserting the 794 Patent and two other related
`
`patents, U.S. Patent Nos. 7,908,343 and 8,924,506, against Petitioner in an on-
`
`going patent infringement lawsuit in Bradium Techs. LLC v. Microsoft Corp.,
`
`1:15-cv-00031-RGA, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware
`
`on Jan. 9, 2015. In addition to this IPR proceeding on 794 Patent, Petitioner is
`
`pursuing IPR petitions on 343 and 506 Patents asserted in the above litigation.
`
`Petitioner filed its first IPR petitions on the 343 Patent under PTAB Case
`
`No. IPR2015-01434 and on the 506 Patent under PTAB Case No. IPR2015-01435
`
`on Jun. 16, 2015 and PTAB denied the institution on the 343 and 506 petitions on
`
`Dec. 23, 2015. Petitioner timely filed, on Jan. 11, 2016, a second IPR petition on
`
`the 343 Patent under Case No. IPR2016-00448 and a second IPR petition on the
`
`506 Patent under Case No. IPR2016-00449.
