`Petitioner filed a motion for withdrawal of its current counsel, Tammy
`J. Terry, Aly Z. Dossa, Seema M. Mehta, and Peter C. Schechter, pursuant to
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Paper 12. Petitioner’s counsel seeks withdrawal so
`that Petitioner may be represented by Russell Levine as lead counsel and
`Hari Santhanam as back-up counsel. Petitioner filed a power of attorney
`listing its new counsel and updated mandatory notice information listing all
`six attorneys above. See Papers 9, 10. Petitioner also updated its counsel
`information in the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS). Petitioner
`states that Patent Owner does not oppose the motion. Paper 12, 2.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to withdraw (Paper 12) is
`granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Tammy J. Terry, Aly Z. Dossa, Seema
`M. Mehta, and Peter C. Schechter shall be considered withdrawn from the
`instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Russell Levine and Hari Santhanam will
`be recognized as counsel for Petitioner in the instant proceeding, effective
`on the date of this Decision; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that, within five business days of this
`Decision, Petitioner shall file updated mandatory notice information listing
`only its new counsel, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8.
