`
`PETITIONERS’ MOTION TO WITHDRAW
`COUNSEL PURSUANT TO 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e)
`
`
`1 Case IPR2015-01414 has been consolidated with this proceeding.
`
`
`
`

`
`
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), and as authorized by the Board in an email
`
`dated January 20, 2016, Osha Liang LLP respectfully requests authorization to
`
`withdraw as counsel for Petitioners Valeo North America, Inc. (previously Valeo,
`
`Inc.), Valeo S.A., Valeo GmbH, Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH, and
`
`Connaught Electronics Ltd. (collectively, “Valeo”) in the above captioned
`
`proceeding. In particular, Tammy J. Terry (Reg. No. 69,167), Aly Z. Dossa (Reg.
`
`No. 63,372), Seema M. Mehta (Reg. No. 56,235), and Peter C. Schechter (Reg.
`
`No. 31,662) of Osha Liang LLP are currently designated as back-up counsel for
`
`Valeo and seek withdrawal.
`
`Granting the requested withdrawal will not result in any prejudice to any
`
`party. Valeo has already filed powers of attorney and updated mandatory notices
`
`designating Russell E. Levine, P.C. and Hari Santhanam of Kirkland and Ellis,
`
`who will remain as lead and back-up counsel, respectively, for Valeo.
`
`Valeo has contacted each of the parties in the ongoing proceeding and no
`
`party opposes this motion.
