`Pursuant to the Board’s December 15, 2015 Scheduling Order (Paper 9), as

`modified by Papers 13 and 14, Petitioners1 respectfully request oral argument for the
`
`trial currently scheduled on August 18, 2016. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70,
`
`Petitioners request 60 minutes of argument time and specifies the following issues,
`
`without intent to waive consideration of any issue not requested, to be argued:
`
`I.
`
`The Proper Construction and Scope of the Claims.
`
`II. Whether U.S. Patent No. 5,724,103 (“Batchelor”) is analogous art.
`
`III. Whether Claims 1, 6-9, 21, 23 and 24 are Unpatentable Under 35
`
`U.S.C. § 103 over U.S. Patent No. 5,892,825 (“Mages”) in view of
`
`Batchelor.
`
`IV. Whether Claim 22 is Unpatentable Under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Mages
`
`in view of Batchelor in further view of U.S. Patent No. 5,736,977
`
`(“Hughes”).
`
`
`1 Pursuant to Paper 20, Petitioner Gameloft, S.A. (“Gameloft”) was joined as a
`
`petitioner in this proceeding and the Board ordered that petitioner Sony Computer
`
`Entertainment America LLC and Gameloft submit all papers jointly unless requested
`
`otherwise.
