`title, and interest in U.S. Patent 6,101,534 (the “’534 Patent”). The

`assignment of ownership was recorded with the United States Patent and
`
`Trademark Office on August 7, 2013, at Reel 30974, Frame 338.

`RELATED MATTERS
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2), the’534 Patent is the subject of
`
`currently pending litigation in the United States District Court for the
`
`Northern District of California styled as follows: Rothschild Digital Media
`
`Innovations, LLC v. Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, Case No.

`5:14-cv-03928-PSG. Patent Owner additionally identifies the following
`
