`Further to the Board's Order dated June 13, 2016 in Case Nos. IPR2015‐01320, ‐01324, and ‐01327, the parties have now 
`finalized their settlement agreement.  The parties would like to seek leave to file a Joint Motion to Terminate 
`Proceedings Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.74 and a corresponding request to keep the settlement agreement confidential 
`by Friday, July 15, 2016 in these cases.  The Board had previously authorized the parties to file such papers by July 10, 
`2016 in the Board’s June 6, 2016 Order, but the parties are requesting an extension to Friday, July 15th to file these 
`papers.
