`Pursuant to our Order (e.g., IPR2015-01264, Paper 65), the

`Termination (e.g., IPR2015-01264, Paper 64) in each of the above-captioned
`cases was entered as a non-public version because it might refer to
`information that is the subject of a Motion to Seal. The parties, also
`pursuant to that Order, each since have sent to the Board an email
`confirming that the Termination may be made publicly available without any
`redactions. Accordingly, it is appropriate to remove the confidentially
`designation on the Termination.

`It is ORDERED that the Termination in each of the above-captioned
