`I, Nathan D. Renov, am more than twenty-one years of age, am competent to

`present this affidavit, and have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein.

`This affidavit is submitted in support of Petitioner, PRONG, Inc., for pro
`
`hac vice admission.
`

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of New York.
`
`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any court or
`
`administrative body.

`I have never been denied admission to practice before any court or
`
`administrative body.

`No court or administrative body has every imposed sanctions or contempt
`
`citations against me.

`I have read and will comply with the Office Patent Trial ?ractice Guide and

`the rules for Trial Practice Before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, set forth in

`part 42 of37 C.F.R.

`I understand that I will be subject to the USPTO Rules of Professional

`Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq. and disciplinary jurisdiction under

`I have an established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this

`proceeding. I have been representing and advising Petitioner (Prong, Inc.) on
`
`litigation strategy regarding Patent Owner and the patent at issue in this inter
`
`partes review (Pat. No. 8,712,486), and have over six years of patent prosecution
`
`support and patent litigation support experience. I have a B.S. in Electrical
`
`Engineering from City College of New York, the Grove School of Engineering,
`
`and a JD. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
`

`I am familiar with and have reviewed U.S. Patent 8,712,486, the Petition
`
`which is the basis for this proceeding (to which I contributed, under the
`
`supervision of lead counsel Caleb Pollack), and the prior art references asserted by
`
`Petitioner in this proceeding, as well as the Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response
`
`and the Board’s Institution Decision.
`
