`Tokyo 100-8105 Japan. JNC owns by assignment the entire right, title, and
`
`interest in U.S. Patent No. 8,728,590 ("the '590 patent") by virtue of an
`
`Assignment of rights from the inventors, Norikatsu Hattori and Kazuhiko
`
`Saigusa. The Assignment was recorded with the United States Patent and
`
`Trademark Office on November 1, 2012 at Reel 029344, Frame 0279.
