`In each of the captioned proceedings, Patent Owner filed Motions for
`Observations on Cross-Examination, and subsequently filed a Revised Motion for
`Observations on Cross-Examination. IPR2015-01287, Paper 51; IPR2015-01290,
`Paper 54; IPR2015-01291, Paper 47; IPR2015-01292, Paper 55; IPR2015-01293,
`Paper 38; IPR2015-01294, Paper 40. To maintain a clean record, eliminate
`duplication, and reduce the opportunity for confusion, we hereby expunge the
`initially filed Patent Owner Motions for Observations on Cross-Examination.

`It is hereby,
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for Observations on Cross
`Examination in IPR2015-01287, Paper 44, is expunged;
