`76/768/EEC and fully implement Regulation (EC)
`No 1223/2009, it is important for companies to
`fully understand what is expected of them.

`INCI is no longer required to be translated into
`Spanish in Mexico. The availability of the Spanish
`version of the International Cosmetic Ingredient
`Dictionary and Handbook ended on Dec. 18, 2012
`as NOM-141 officially comes into force and the
`use of INCI is valid in Mexico.
