`Petitioner filed its original mandatory notices pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8

`with the above-captioned petition on May 21, 2015. Pursuant to § 42.8(a)(3),

`Petitioner provides the following notice.

`In September 2015, ASH Group entered into a purchase agreement to
`
`acquire Petitioner, Meyer Products LLC, from the Louis Berkman Work Products
`
`Company LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, which is controlled by The
`
`Louis Berkman Company, an Ohio corporation. The acquisition transaction closed
`
`on September 30, 2015, and Petitioner became owned by ASH North America,
`
`Inc., a Delaware corporation. Because of the structuring of the acquisition, the
`
`Louis Berkman Work Products Company LLC (and perhaps The Louis Berkman
`
`Company) is likely to be deemed a real party-in-interest, in addition to Meyer
`
`Products LLC, based on the applicable factors. The acquisition transaction is still
`
`being implemented, and Petitioner will continue to update its mandatory notices as
`
`required.
