`1100, Milwaukee, WI, 53202, or a location to be agreed on. The deposition will be

`conducted via live video streaming, with Petitioner’s counsel asking questions
`
`from Ohio and Mr. Watson and the recording officer at the above-listed Milwaukee
`
`location (or another location to be agreed on). The deposition will be conducted
`
`before an officer authorized to administer oaths and will be recorded
`
`stenographically.
