`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.5 and the Board's Scheduling Order entered

`September 23, 2015 (Paper 9), Triple Tee Golf Company, Inc. (Patent Owner) and

`Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc. (Petitioner) (collectively, “the parties") hereby stipulate
`
`to extend the deadline for Patent Owner to file its response to the petition (Due Date 1)
`
`by four weeks—from December 23, 2015 to January 22, 2016. The parties also
`
`stipulate to extend the deadline for Petitioner to file its reply to patent owner's response
`
`to petition (Due Date 2) by four weeks—from March 23. 2016 to April 22. 2016. The
`
`parties have agreed to the extension of these deadlines based on Patent Owner's
`

`representation that it will not file a motion to amend the patent. The other dates remain
`
`as set in the September 23, 2015 Scheduling Order.
