`1800MUMDAD provides the service of reverse
`charge calls to mobile phones. Anyone can pick
`up a payphone and make a reverse charge call
`any mobile in the Australia using 1800MUMDAD.
`The service is primarily used for kids to call
`their parents or relatives in times of need.
`The person who receives the call can choose to
`accept or reject the call. Prior to accepting the
`call, an option to hear the charges is played.
`1800MUMDADis not a subscription service. We
`do not send sms’s charging your account on an
`ongoing basis.
`We only send PSMS's charging your account
`after your mobile has received and accepted a
`1800MUMDAD reverse charge call. In some
`cases the sms’s may take several days after the
`call was accepted.
`All reverse charge calls can be expensive and
`are charged to the mobile number that received
`and accepted the call. To protect from over
`usage, we limit the number of calls that a phone
`can receive per day.
`1800MUMDAD reverse charge calls are usually
`an important and urgent call therefore we do
`allow a small number of reverse charge calls to
`be accepted even if the mobile is a pre-paid
`mobile and has no credit at the time of the call.
`Usually a Premium SMS is sent immediate
`following the end of the call debiting the mobile
`account for payment of any such calls, except in
`the case where the mobile had no credit at the
`time of the call. When this occurs we send the
`Premium SMS debiting the mobile account when
`you next Top-Up.
`This why on occasions a mobile may receive an
`SMS today instead of the day the call was
`received. The credit may not be taken from the
