`oral examination. The deposition will be taken at 10:00 a.m. on May 25, 2016, at

`HKM Law Group, 30 East 7th Street, Suite 3200, St. Paul, MN 55101. The
`
`deposition will be recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter licensed to
`
`administer oaths and may be recorded by videotape. In accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`
`§42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have agreed upon this time and place
`
`for the deposition of Patent Owner’s expert.
