`On September 21, 2015, Patent Owner1 filed a paper styled
`“CASCADE’S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE CORRECTED
`MANDATORY NOTICES AND EXHIBIT.” Paper 9. The Motion was
`not authorized by rule or by Board order. Accordingly, Paper 9 will be
`expunged. 37 C.F.R. § 42.7(a).
`According to Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response (Paper 6), Patent
`Owner’s Exhibit 1001, described as “Confirmation of Exclusive Licensee
`Cascades Projection LLC’s Authority to Conduct Inter Partes Review,” was
`inadvertently mis-labeled and should have been numbered as Exhibit 2001.
`Paper 6, v (“List of Cascade’s Exhibits”). Patent Owner should file the
`erroneously labeled paper as Exhibit 2001 and update its mandatory notice
`(37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1)).
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Paper 9, filed September 21, 2015 is expunged;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file the paper
`previously filed as Exhibit 1001 as Exhibit 2001;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file, concurrently
`with Exhibit 2001, an updated mandatory notice that references the Exhibit
`and identifies the real party-in-interest; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Exhibit 1001 will be
`expunged upon filing of its Exhibit 2001.

`1 In this proceeding we refer to Cascades Projection LLC as “Patent Owner.”
`According to Patent Owner’s mandatory notice (Paper 5), Cascades
`Projection LLC is the real party in interest, exclusive licensee, and holder of
`all substantial rights to U.S. Patent No. 7,688,347. Eugene Dolgoff remains
`the patent owner.
