`REAL PARTY IN INTEREST
`
`The real party in interest is Cascades Projection LLC (“Cascades”). Cascades

`is the exclusive licensee and holder of all substantial rights to U.S. Patent No.
`
`7,688,347 (“the ’347 patent”). The patent owner and sole inventor, Eugene Dolgoff,
`
`is not a real party in interest. Motorola Mobility LLC v. Patent of Michael Arnouse,
`
`IPR2013-00010, Paper 27 at 3-5 (PTAB Apr. 5, 2013) (expressly holding that the
`
`exclusive licensee, and not the patent owner, is the real party in interest). Evidence
`
`supporting Cascades’ status as the exclusive licensee is provided in Cascades’
`
`Exhibit 1001.
