`Granting Petitioner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of James R. Bender

`1 This order addresses a similar issue in the two cases. Therefore, we exercise
`discretion to issue one order to be filed in each case. The parties, however, are not
`authorized to use this style of heading in subsequent papers.

`Petitioner filed a Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of James R. Bender
`on May 12, 2016. Paper 21.2 The Motion was accompanied by a declaration from
`Mr. Bender. Ex. 1030. Petitioner indicates in the Motion that Patent Owner does
`not oppose the Motion. Paper 21.
`Having considered Petitioner’s Motion and the accompanying declaration,
`we determine that Petitioner has established good cause for Mr. Bender’s pro hac
`vice admission. Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Mr.
`James R. Bender is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. James R. Bender is authorized to represent
`Petitioner as backup counsel in the instant proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall continue to have a registered
`practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceeding; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. James R. Bender shall comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and is subject to
`the Office’s Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
`and the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a).
