`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioners Microsoft Corporation and

`Case IPR2015-01149
`U.S. Patent No. 7,329,970

`Microsoft Mobile, Inc., (“Petitioners”) hereby request oral argument, currently
`
`scheduled for August 4, 2016. See Scheduling Order, Paper 13 at p. 5. Petitioners
`
`request the ability to use a computer, projector, and screen to display possible
`
`demonstratives and exhibits.
`
`Petitioners specify the following issues to be argued:
`
`1. Whether Challenged Claims 1, 3-5, 10-14, 19, 48, 49, 51, and 52 are
`
`unpatentable under § 103 as obvious in view of Jahagirdar and Schultz.
`
`2. Whether Jahagirdar disclosed activation of a visible indicator when the
`
`load is not activated, as required by Challenged Claims 3-5, 10-14, 19, 48, and 52.
`
`3. Whether Jahagirdar disclosed activation for only a period of time, as
`
`required by Challenged Claim 5.
`
`4. Whether Jahagirdar disclosed a “luminous visible location indicator,” as
`
`required by Challenged Claims 1, 3-5, 10-14, 19, 48, 49, and 51.
`
`5. Reply to any arguments raised in Patent Owner’s Response.
`
`6. Respond to any issues specified by Patent Owner in its request for oral
`
`argument.
`
`7. Respond to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters.
`
