`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(2), Patent Owner Biogen MA Inc. provides

`I. Real Party-in-Interest - 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1)
`
`The real party-in-interest is Biogen MA Inc., the owner of U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,399,514. A corporate name change document was recorded in the U.S. Patent
`
`and Trademark Office on April 27, 2015 (reel 35507/frame 541) and May 4, 2015
`
`(reel 35571/frame 926). Those documents changed the corporate name from
`
`Biogen Idec MA Inc. to Biogen MA Inc. The original assignment to Biogen Idec
`
`MA Inc. of U.S. patent application No. 13/372,426 that led to U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,399,514 was recorded in the Office on May 3, 2012, at reel 28146, frame 980.
`
`II. Related Matters - 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2)
`
`Interference No. 106,023 (McK), involving U.S. Patent No. 8,399,514, was
`
`declared between Biogen MA Inc. and Forward Pharma A/S on April 13, 2015.
`
`The petition incorrectly states that the interference was declared in 2005. U.S.
`
`Application Nos. 13/767,014, 13/804,283, and 14/718,962, which are pending,
`
`claim benefit of priority to the application that issued as U.S. Patent No. 8,399,514.
`
`Patent Owner is not aware of any other related matters that would affect or be
`
`affected by this proceeding.
`
