`Joint Stipulation to Adjust Scheduling Order (IPR2015-01121)

`Patent Owner and Petitioner have conferred and reached an agreement

`regarding the extension of certain dates set forth in the Scheduling Order (Paper
`
`No. 9) entered on October 29, 2015. Pursuant to the authorization of this Board to
`
`modify the Scheduling Order set forth in Paper No. 9, the parties hereby stipulate,
`
`and jointly request entry of, the adjustments to the Scheduling Order as revised
`
`below.
`
`Specifically, the parties have agreed to extend DUE DATE 1 from January
`
`29, 2016 to February 12, 2016; DUE DATE 2 from April 29, 2016 to May 13,
`
`2016; DUE DATE 3 from May 31, 2016 to June 8, 2016; DUE DATE 4 from June
`
`20, 2016 to June 29, 2016.
