`1 This order addresses issues common to all cases; therefore, we issue a
`single order to be entered in both cases. The parties are authorized to use
`this style heading when filing an identical paper in both proceedings,
`provided that such heading includes a footnote attesting that “the word-for-
`word identical paper is filed in each proceeding identified in the heading.”

`The Board authorizes Petitioner to file, within ten (10) business days
`of the date of this Order, a Reply to Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response,
`according to the directions set forth below.
`The Reply shall be limited to responding to arguments, asserted in
`Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response, that the Petition is time-barred under
`35 U.S.C. § 312(a)(2) for failure to name all real parties-in-interest. See
`Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response (Paper 8, pp. 5–17; Paper 8, pp. 40–
`52).2 The Reply shall not exceed ten (10) pages.
