`I, Thomas K. Stine, declare the following:
`1.

`I am the sole shareholder with the law firm of Stine Law Ltd., in Chicago, Illinois.
`
`I make this Declaration in support of Petitioners’ Unopposed Motion for Admission Pro Hac
`
`Vice submitted in this matter, for the purposes of requesting that James D. Boyle, Esq. of the law
`
`firm of Holley Driggs Walch Fine Wray Puzey & Thompson be admitted pro hac vice to serve as
`
`Back-Up counsel for Petitioners AGS LLC, In Bet Gaming, Inc., and In Bet, LLC (collectively,
`
`the “Petitioners”).

`I am a registered patent attorney (Reg. No. 32,310). I have been practicing before
`
`the USPTO since achieving registration in 1986. I have had substantial experience participating
`
`in reexamination proceedings before the USPTO.
`3.
`
` While I will be Lead Counsel for Petitioners in this inter parties review
`
`proceeding, James D. Boyle, Esq. has been, and will continue to be, involved in the co-pending
`
`litigation of U.S. Patent No. 7,175,180 in the matter of Galaxy Gaming, Inc. v. In Bet Gaming
`
`Inc., et al., Case No. 2:14-cv-01956-RFB-VCG (D. Nev.), and I intend to have Mr. Boyle
`
`involved going forward in this proceeding.

`It would be helpful for to have Mr. Boyle admitted in this matter as Back-Up
`
`Counsel, and available to communicate with the Board and USPTO regarding as needed.
