`Case IPR2015-01102
`Patent 6,315,720
`Patent Owner Mandatory Notices
`
`
`REAL PARTY-IN-INTEREST
`
`Pursuant to the requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1), the undersigned state
`
`that Celgene Corporation (“Celgene”) is the real party-in-interest. Celgene is a
`
`corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having
`
`a principal place of business at 86 Morris Avenue, Summit, New Jersey 07901.
`
`Celgene owns by assignment the entire right, title, and interest in U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,315,720 (the “’720 patent”) by virtue of an Assignment of rights from the
`
`inventors, Bruce A. Williams and Joseph K. Kaminski. The Assignment was
`
`recorded with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 5, 2001,
`
`at Reel 11469, Frame 882.
`
`RELATED MATTERS
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2), the undersigned state that the ’720 patent
`
`is the subject of two, currently-pending litigations: Celgene Corporation et al. v.
`
`Lannett Holdings, Inc. et al., 2:15-cv-697 (D.N.J.); and Celgene Corporation v.
`
`Natco Pharma Limited et al., 2:10-cv-5197 (D.N.J.). The litigation over the ’720
`
`patent in Celgene Corp. v. Natco Pharma Ltd. et al. was stayed prior to the
`
`Petitioner filing the present IPR Petition. One other litigation, Celgene
`
`Corporation v. Natco Pharma Limited et al., 2:14-cv-3126 (D.N.J.), concerns a
`
`patent related to the ’720 patent.

`
`
`Additionally, concurrently with the present petition, Petitioner filed two
`
`additional petitions for inter parties review of the ’720 patent: IPR2015-01096
`
`and IPR2015-01103.
