`Motion for Pro Hac Vice Recognition of Mr. Chiemi Suzuki

` The following Decision is applicable to each of the referenced cases. The
`Decision, therefore, shall be filed in each case.

`Petitioner moves for the pro hac vice admission of Mr. Chiemi Suzuki
`of Crowell & Moring, LLP. Paper 19.2 According to Petitioner, Patent
`Owner does not oppose the motions. Id. at 1. The motions are granted.
`Petitioner shall update PRPS records accordingly. Counsel recognized pro
`hac vice shall comply with 37 C.F.R. Parts 11 and 42 and the Office Patent
`Trial Practice Guide.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motions for pro hac vice admission of
`Mr. Chiemi Suzuki are granted; Mr. Suzuki is authorized to represent
`Petitioner as backup counsel in the instant proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Suzuki shall comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Suzuki shall be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s
`Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101-11.901.
