`On December 4, 2015, pursuant to our authorization, Petitioners filed a
`motion for lead counsel David J. Cooperberg and backup counsel Thomas R.
`Makin to withdraw as counsel. Paper 17 (“Mot.”). The motion also indicates that
`Michael S. Turner, who is identified in Petitioners’ Updated Mandatory Notices
`(Paper 16, December 1, 2015), will assume the role of lead counsel. Mot., 1–2.
`Ms. Rose Cordero Prey, who is admitted pro hac vice and is current backup
`counsel for Petitioners, will remain as counsel in this case. Id. Petitioners
`represent that Patent Owner does not oppose. Id. at 2.
`On the basis of the foregoing, the motion is granted.

`ORDERED that David J. Cooperberg and Thomas R. Makin shall be
`considered withdrawn from this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Michael S. Turner will be recognized as lead
`counsel for Petitioners, effective the date of this decision.
