`On November 25, 2015, I searched in the Lexis news database on

`the Lexis Advance research platform. I used the terms “Intel introduces the

`Pentium processor with mmx technology.” I then limited the results to January of
`
`1997. Exhibit 1053 is a true and correct copy of an article contained in the results
`
`of that search.

`I hereby declare that all statements made herein of my own knowledge

`are true, and that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be

`true. I further declare that these statements were made with the knowledge that
