`To Withdraw and Substitute Counsel

`
`
`Dear Sir or Madam:

`In Case IPR2015‐01076, Patent Owner Pharmacyclics LLC (“Pharmacyclics”) respectfully requests a conference call with
`the Board to seek authorization to file a motion to withdraw its current lead and back‐up counsel—John M. Desmarais,
`Kevin K. McNish, and Lauren M. Nowierski—and substitute Steven P. O’Connor (Reg. No. 41,225) and M. Paul Barker
`(Reg. No. 32,013) as lead and back‐up counsel, respectively, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e).

`Good cause exists for withdrawal and substitution.  Patent Owner will file a substitute power of attorney
`contemporaneously with its motion and does not request any extension of time.  Petitioner’s counsel has been
`consulted and has stated it will not oppose the motion.
