`The Chief Executive Officer and other executive officers of Mylan N.V. carry out the day -to -day conduct of
`Mylan N.V.'s worldwide businesses at the company's principal offices in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Duties
`and standards of conduct for Mylan employees, officers and directors are set forth in the company's Code of
`Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as in the Code of Ethics for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial
`Officer and Corporate Controller.

`Mylan N.V. is managed and controlled under the oversight of the company's board of directors in the United
`Kingdom, where the board generally meets. The board has established seven committees, each of which
`operates pursuant to a written charter. Each director is elected annually by the company's shareholders.
