`The Federal Circuit in Case Nos. 2020-2271 and 2020-2272 (involving IPR2015-01046 and IPR2015-01047) issued an order on August
`19, 2021, “remand[ing] for the limited purpose of allowing VirnetX the opportunity to request Director rehearing of the final written
`decisions.” The Federal Circuit directed VirnetX to “file the request for rehearing within 30 days from the date of [the] order.” This
`email is to provide notification that Patent Owner VirnetX filed Requests for Director Rehearing of the Final Written Decisions in
`IPR2015-01046 and IPR2015-01047 today on PTAB E2E.
