`On April 13, 2015, Mercedes-Benz USA LLC (Petitioner) field a petition for

`inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 7,384,177. On June 30, 2015, Petitioners and

`Patent Owner field a Joint Motion to Terminate (Paper No. 8). The Board
`
`subsequently issued an order terminated this proceeding (Paper No. 11, dated July 2nd,
`
`2015). In accordance with 37 C.F.R. §42.15(b)(2), the post-institution fees paid at the
`
`time of filing should be returned. Petitioner thus requests a refund of $14,000,
`
`representing the post-institution fees in the case of IPR2015-01044, be paid to the
`
`deposit account of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, Deposition
`
`Account No. 060920.
