`In response to the Notice of Drawing Inconsistency With Specification mailed

`October 24, 2005 (a copy of which is attached hereto), applicants have corrected the
`
`inconsistency by listing Fig. 8 in the Brief Description of the Drawings in the
`
`specification. Applicants have also amended the description of Fig. 7 by substituting
`
`the word "illustrates" for "is".
`
`Applicants also submit

`the attached CORRECTED PART B - FEE(S)

`TRANSMITTAL form PTOL-85 which changes the name of the registered patent
