`
`
`Holly and Tarek,
`I am writing to confirm our oral agreement that, in view of dismissal of the parties’ claims and counterclaims in the co-
`pending litigation, Petitioner Honda agrees to terminate, only as to Petitioner Honda, IPR2015-01004 on the conditions
`that Patent Owner Signal will not oppose and will join any motion to terminate and agrees that such termination will be
`effected under 37 C.F.R. § 317. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning
`termination of IPR2015-01004.
`
`
`Please confirm that Patent Owner Signal agrees by responding to this email.
`
`I have also attached the Joint Motion to Terminate. Your reply email will be filed with the Joint Motion as Exhibit 1007
`as a written agreement under 35 U.S.C. § 317(b). The parties Joint Motion for Dismissal of the litigation will be filed as
`Exhibit 1008. If you find the form of the joint motion acceptable, please execute it and return it to my attention.

`
`Best regards,
`Josh
