`Responsible for the design, testing and manufacturing of a low Cost Sonobuoy for ASW
`applications. Used Euclid by Matra Datavision to create 3D CAD models of designs. All
`products were required to be aerodynamically and hydro-dynamically stable. Manufacturing
`methods included injection and insert blow molding and zinc and aluminum die casting,
`stampings and machine shop fabrication with strong emphasis on ease of assembly. Worked
`closely with manufacturing to ensure the designs were capable of high volume
`production methods including robotic assembly.
