`
`Co. Ltd. et al., Civil Action No. 1:14-cv-00337 (D.Del.); and Surpass Tech Innovation LLC v.

`LG Display Co. Ltd. et al., Civil Action No. 1:14-cv-00336 (D.Del.). These cases are all stayed.

`The ‘550 Patent was at issue in IPR2015-00022, in which the Board dismissed the
`
`Petition filed by Sharp Corporation et al. in its entirety and declined to institute inter partes
`
`review. Petitioners Sharp Corporation et al. have since filed the current IPR2015-00913 against
`
`the ‘550 Patent. The ‘550 Patent is also the subject of IPR2015-00887 filed by Samsung
`
`Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Display Co., Ltd., and Sony Corporation.
