`Subject: RE: IPR2015-00902 and 903 order unsealing information subject to protective order
`
`Dear PTAB,
`
`Counsel for Patent Owner did not receive an E2E notification for Paper No. 102, Unsealing
`Information Subject to Protective Order. Furthermore, counsel for Patent Owner did not receive
`notifications for Paper Nos. 99, 100, and 101, the Board’s orders relating to the Patent Owner and
`Petitioner’s Renewed Motions to Seal. Counsel for Petitioner has also experienced technical issues
`with PTAB E2E and has been unable to confirm receipt of all relevant papers. As a result, neither
`party was aware that the requested documents had been placed under seal and accordingly that
`those documents could be expunged and absent any such a motion would be made public.
`
`Accordingly, counsel for Petitioner and Patent Owner jointly requests an extension of the deadline to
`file a motion to expunge to Wednesday, September 21, and that the Board delay the effective date
`of its order of September 7 and keep Petitioner’s confidential documents and Patent Owner’s
`confidential documents under seal until the Board considers each party’s motion to expunge.
`
`Best regards,
`Joshua L. Goldberg
