`Petitioner, LG Display Co., Ltd., by and through its counsel of record,

`hereby respectfully requests oral argument pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and
`
`the Scheduling Order (Paper No. 10) (hereinafter, “the Schedule”), issued in this
`
`proceeding on September 9, 2015. Based on the Schedule, the oral hearing is
`
`currently set for May 12, 2016.
`
`Pursuant
`
`to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and without waiving any issue not
`
`specifically identified herein, Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued
`
`at oral argument in connection with this IPR:
`
`1. Unpatentability of claims 4, 8, and 9 of the ’843 Patent (Ex. 1001) as
`
`anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102 by Lee (Ex. 1010);
`
`2. Any procedural and evidentiary issues raised by the parties;
`
`3. Any additional issues the parties raise or propose to raise at or before the
`
`oral argument; and
`
`4. Any additional
`
`issues on which the Board seeks information or
`
`clarification.
`
`Petitioner requests permission to argue first. See Office Patent Trial Practice
`
`Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 45,756, 48,768 (Aug. 14, 2012). Petitioner also requests forty-
`
`five minutes for argument, with the opportunity to reserve time for rebuttal.
`
`Petitioner further requests that audio/visual equipment be made available to
`
`display demonstrative exhibits during the oral argument, including a projector,

`ELMO, and screen.
`
`Petitioner also requests the services of a court reporter to transcribe the
`
`proceeding.
