`give notice that they will take the cross-examination deposition upon oral

`examination of Patent Owner's declarant William K. Bohannon. The cross-

`examination will be recorded stenographically by a person authorized to administer
`
`oaths and take testimony, and may be audio taped and/or videotaped.

`The parties have agreed that the cross-examination will take place at the
`
`New York office of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, One Broadway, New York NY 10004
`
`on January 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The deposition may continue

`from day to day as necessary to complete all cross-examination, redirect
`
`examination, and re-cross examination.
